I have been exceedingly busy since mid-December; and if the first two weeks of 2010 are any indication, I believe that we are poised to have a much better year in real estate sales in Palmetto Dunes, Shelter Cove and Leamington. It pays to be positive, work hard and believe in your product (our community). Since January 2, I have closed or scheduled to close in excess of $12,000,000 (million) in sales in our community. this is more than any other agent/sales team closed or put under contract in all of 2009 in Palmetto Dunes, Shelter Cove and Leamington.
